
HÅKON is PAKHUSET’s small exclusive gem — and Skagen’s newest gourmet restaurant, where the menu changes with the seasons.
Here, there is room for calm and immersion as we focus on our guests and the story behind the local ingredients. Everything is prepared from scratch with care and precision. The ingredients are of the highest quality and carefully selected according to the season.
We exclusively serve our 3-, 4-, or 5-course menu — only your appetite sets the limit for the experience.
HÅKON is therefore reserved for an adult audience and guests aged 16 and above.

At Restaurant HÅKON, you will find one of the largest and most extensive wine lists in Skagen. Here, you have every opportunity to choose the exact grape varieties and wines that suit your taste.
In addition to our carefully curated wine list, you can also enjoy our wine pairing menu, thoughtfully selected by our sommeliers to complement each dish perfectly, where sweetness and acidity are balanced to enhance the dining experience.
Outside the high season, HÅKON is open on Fridays and Saturdays only. However, it is possible to reserve a table on other days for groups of a minimum of 10 guests by contacting us directly.
