At PAKHUSET and HÅKON Skagen, we delight our guests with memorable culinary experiences, serving everything from Stjerneskud and fish soup to 5‑course gourmet menus, all in cozy and atmospheric settings with a total capacity of approximately 400 à la carte guests.

PAKHUSET is our spacious and welcoming ground-floor restaurant. Guests gather here to enjoy Skagen’s unique charm and the lively harbor atmosphere. When the weather allows, our large terrace opens, offering everything from hot drinks, craft beers, wine, and cocktails to a variety of delicious lunch and dinner dishes.

HÅKON is PAKHUSET’s intimate, exclusive gem, seating 30–40 guests. Here, we focus on the guest experience and the story behind local ingredients, serving a seasonal 3–5 course gourmet menu that changes approximately every 4–6 weeks.

Are you ready to join us?

We are looking for a friendly and independent kitchen assistant to work alongside our talented team and head chef, helping create memorable experiences for the many guests at PAKHUSET and HÅKON.

​

As a kitchen assistant, you will be motivated, mature, and able to work independently. You will mainly assist in our prep kitchen, preparing vegetables, fish, meat, and more. Expect a varied and fast-paced workday, juggling salads, breading, and other preparations.

This is a full-time kitchen assistant position for the 2025 high season, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
