Seasonal Chef Wanted – PAKHUSET and HÅKON Skagen
At PAKHUSET and HÅKON Skagen, we delight our guests with exceptional culinary experiences, serving everything from Stjerneskud and fish soup to 5‑course gourmet menus, all in cozy and atmospheric settings with a total capacity of approximately 400 à la carte guests.
PAKHUSET is our spacious and welcoming ground-floor restaurant, where guests gather to enjoy Skagen’s unique charm and the lively harbor. When the weather allows, our large terrace opens, offering everything from hot drinks, craft beers, wine, and cocktails to delicious lunch and dinner dishes.
HÅKON is PAKHUSET’s intimate, exclusive gem, seating 30–40 guests. Here, we focus on the guest experience and the story behind local ingredients, serving a seasonal 3–5 course gourmet menu that changes approximately every 4–6 weeks.
We are growing—especially in HÅKON—and now we need you.
